Returns & Damage Claims

At Otaku Galaxy, we want every piece in your archive to arrive in pristine condition. Because we know box condition and sculpt integrity matter deeply to collectors, all items are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed items within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original unopened manufacturer packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items
Anime figures feature delicate parts and intricate sculpts. If your figure or its packaging arrives damaged due to transit, you must contact our support team at contact@otakugalaxy.store within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of both the damage and the outer shipping box. Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items
• Items that have been unsealed, opened, or displayed.
• Items returned without their original packaging/box.
